If you will be utilizing a tent as part of your exhibitor or sponsorship agreement your placement at Pines at Windermere will be determined by the Rotary Club of Windermere in conjunction with the event and will be published one week prior to the event. Each tent will receive one six foot table with black floor length linen and two chairs. We offer three options for tents:
You can bring your own tent, please forward the your event specs of your tent along with a picture of tent for approval by 3/25/15. Once placement has been confirmed we will contact you to schedule load in, which will take place at a scheduled time on April 16 or 17.
We have selected Kirby Rental as our Tent Provider all orders are to be organized through the link below. To note you will work directly with Kirby to select and pay for tent. Your tent will be added to our master order and we will oversee installation and tear down per your confirmed space. As with many outdoor venues, electrical is limited and can be expensive. To ensure that you have the appropriate electrical to be successful with your exhibition area, these requests must be received no later than 3/15/15. In an effort to maximize the contributions to our Charity Partners, we will evaluate all requests and do our best to provide free electrical for all vendors who require it.
